Book Sale Begins June 27
The 41st Annual Book Sale will be held June 27 - July 3, 2010. Proceeds go to the AAUW scholarship fund which sends Transylvania County women to college and girls in elementary and middle school to special educational programs.

Each year the AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund's Progress in Equity Award recognizes a college or university program that has resulted in significant progress for women on campus. Recipients receive a stipend of up to $10,000 and public recognition throughout their communities, campus, and AAUW. Click here to learn more about this program..
