Members bring in books from collection boxes (and other donors) to Storage Area. Book Category volunteers begin pricing and sorting. Ads promoting Book Sale are sent to newspapers. | |

Move tables into Gym and put up table signs. |

Move books in and under category tables. Category volunteers position books on tables. |

Complete Set-up
Numbers for entry are given to first 150 people. Sale Begins: First 150 people with numbers given admitted; all others admitted 5 minutes later. Category volunteers restock the tables as needed; keep tables orderly. Cashiers work at exits. Other volunteers help the public as needed. |

Last Day of Sale Half Price Day - books sold at one half the marked price except in the separate "Bargain Books" section which will sell for $1/bag Bag Sale for AAUW members. Pay only $3 a bag on all but Choice Books. |

Celebration Potluck Dinner at Silvermont for all members and their guests. Appetizers and a Social will precede the DInner. A Sign-Up Sheet will be in the Break Area across from the Gym during the sale. |
